You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for size issues, damaged products, or wrong items received.

Custom-stitched, altered, or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Mention your order number, reason for exchange, and attach a photo of the product.

Once approved, we’ll share the pickup or return address details.

After receiving the product, your exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) are processed as store credit or replacement only.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

In case of prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after quality check.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Please pack the product securely to avoid damage during transit.
